Web and digital craft
Years of shaping interfaces, content and digital journeys taught us to care about both the visible detail and the system underneath it.
About LAB/02
We have worked in web and digital for around twenty years. Along the way, we have seen how much money, effort and hope can disappear when a product reaches the market before its most important assumptions have been tested.
The lesson
Sometimes the missing step is not more code. It is the chance to put an idea in front of the right people, explain it in language that technical teams and funders can understand, and give it a visual form that makes the opportunity easier to see.
That might mean a focused prototype, a proof of concept, a set of core screens or a brief that turns a conversation into a decision. The aim is to learn what deserves to be built before a full build, a large launch or a long commitment.
Why we are starting LAB/02
LAB/02 is currently an auto-startup: we are validating this offer in the market before opening a VAT position and taking on the fixed financial and administrative commitments that come with it. We believe in the work enough to bring it into the world, and we want to test the proposition honestly before making that structure permanent.
The company will open soon. Until then, this site is a public, working validation of the idea: a place to explain what we do, show how it could look and feel, listen to serious project proposals and improve the offer with evidence.
What we bring
Years of shaping interfaces, content and digital journeys taught us to care about both the visible detail and the system underneath it.
We help founders explain an idea so that a developer, partner or funder can understand the decision, the evidence and the next step.
We keep the first experiment focused. A smaller, honest test can protect a bigger ambition from expensive assumptions.
Start with the uncertainty
We will help you decide what is worth validating first.
