Your ideas & optional NDA

Private by default

We use your enquiry only to assess fit and discuss the project with you. Sharing an idea does not transfer ownership or grant a commercial licence. We do not publish it, add it to a portfolio, reuse it in unrelated client work or submit it to AI tools for training. Any publication needs your separate permission. Necessary hosting and email providers process data to operate this service; access to the project itself is limited to the operator.

An NDA is optional

You can apply without an NDA, ask to use our mutual draft, or propose your own agreement. The choice does not change the selective review process and is not a paid order. If you want an NDA first, share only a non-confidential outline until the terms are agreed and both parties have signed. Selecting a preference, downloading the draft, sending a document or submitting the form is not a signature or acceptance of an NDA.

Use the LAB/02 draft

Our mutual draft covers limited purpose, reasonable protection, permitted access, exclusions, ownership, no AI or marketing reuse without permission, duration and return or deletion. It leaves the legal parties, addresses, project and signatures to be completed before signing. Review suitability for the specific jurisdiction before use.

Send your own NDA

Email your proposed agreement as an attachment to hello@lab0-2.com. Include a short non-confidential description and the proposed signatory. We review it manually and may suggest changes. There is no website file upload, automated acceptance or automatic signing. The attachment remains in the mailbox and is handled separately from the encrypted application record.

Before sharing details

An NDA defines obligations; it does not create an exclusive intellectual-property right in an idea. Do not send third-party secrets you are not entitled to disclose, passwords, unnecessary personal data or identity documents. Where material is especially sensitive, agree a suitable secure exchange method before sending it. A detailed scope, payment and intellectual-property arrangements for commissioned work require a separate agreement.
